Exploring Child Face Recognition (Spring-Autumn 2021)

Eligibility: We will be recruiting for children aged 6-17 who can see normally but have difficulty recognising familiar faces. We will also be recruiting children 6-17 who have no difficulties with face recognition.

Unfortunately, the study will not be suitable for children who have a neurodevelopmental condition such as Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC), Williams Syndrome, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Your child must be able to see normally (wearing glasses if needed).

Location: The study will be run online from your home. This means that participants can live anywhere in the UK or Ireland. Those within reasonable traveling distance of Stirling may be invited to take part in follow up face-to-face research in our laboratory at a later date. A laptop or computer with broadband access is needed.

Compensation: Participants will receive a £10 Amazon voucher to thank them for their time.
